Celine Derricks,

Manager, Corporate Philanthropy

Celine Derricks joined Music Will in March of 2026 as Manager, Corporate Philanthropy, bringing a strong background in corporate citizenship, social impact, and strategic engagement. In her role, Celine leads efforts to cultivate meaningful corporate partnerships and expand opportunities that support Music Will’s mission to transform lives through music education. She is passionate about aligning corporations with purpose-driven initiatives that create lasting opportunities for students and communities.

Prior to joining Music Will, Celine worked in social impact within the financial services industry at a private mortgage insurance company, where she managed corporate philanthropy initiatives, strengthened nonprofit partnerships, and engaged employees and executive leadership in mission-driven work. She brings experience in relationship-building, fundraising strategy, stakeholder engagement, and aligning organizational priorities with community needs.

Celine holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University, where she served as Philanthropy Chair on the Student Board of Directors for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, helping lead initiatives that supported student and community engagement.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Celine’s connection to music began early. She learned to play piano as a child through lessons at her church, where music became a meaningful outlet for expression. Outside of work, Celine enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and staying busy with her puppy, who keeps her on her toes.

Music Will bring harmony to even the most divided rooms, creating shared moments that remind us of the power of connection.
